I played Mario Kart 8 in it’s original form even post DLC packages.
It seems they nerfed the races so it’s almost impossible to fly off the sides, lots of annoying corrective steering, even when it’s not actually correcting a mistake.
Going off road can’t be done in some spot.
I notice they still can’t stop people from materializing in front of you online.

Even have a suspicious clone situation in online races. Nice battle changes, but not that important to me.
It’s nice to have the load speed of a card and not an optical disc, but what happened to MKTV? On the Switch MKTV is just you, not even friend list races. Not even a change from Youtube to Twitch or Twitch Premium.
It didn’t even start off or get added to the Switch phone app.
It’s hardly Deluxe, just what is honestly referred to as “Complete” by the makers and distributors of Disigea 5 Complete. Well without that MKTV it’s maybe a balancing act.

1. Avoid going to near shore, best even to lure some monsters off the narrow beach areas.
2. Little Fry can hit hard
3. When that flashy Zombie Char starts charging, look for gas lighting, or being lit up. If your lit up or (the other guys at night) a lazer is pointed at you, your the bait, let the others attack while you dodge if you can. In fact even dying till they can respawn you helps, in this case. They always target no more than 2 (and that’s late on).
4. Your lifesaver there, the little donut, it moves, leave the dangerous area to the guys alive.

It occurs to me, handling the Switch Pro Controller, that this hurts may hand and wrist less (as a larger than average man, almost Morphan like).
The lower stick on the right and tight zr and zl buttons are a bit rough (but a bit better done than the XBox controller).
The great mistake Nintendo did with the Wii U and Nintendo Switch, is they didn’t bundle it with the Pro Controller. Instead they added the luxury instead.

They could have knocked off 99 bucks, and sold it with the Pro Controller (Switch) and sold the mobility option (Joy Pads) for 100 bucks or more. What one could call the gimmick option. Which is what they called the Wii U control pad with the Screen, something I would have got for first and second player if possible. I liked it because it worked perfect with my hands.

Could have gone with “Game Included” instead of “Controller Included” too. Since some of us can be fickle about our controller choices.

It’s hard to believe it isn’t it’s own game, it would be easier to find then the seemingly back drop like environment it’s located in.
Yes Splatoon 2 is great fun, although I rather miss Mahi Mahi and the Museum, maybe they unlock with time. Some old stages didn’t need changing either.
What is absolutely the selling point for me, was Salmon Run.
It took a long time to find it, and oddly enough it looked like it only existed in the local play room. But when I found it, behind the Marie port hole (Single Player Mode Access Point). When I found it, it was fun as hell and it takes a little will to even play the best Team vs Team, Turf War.
Battles with crazy Salmon, some with a pun weapon, a Fry(ing) Pan. Oh don’t discount the little guys if your too close to the water.

Hints, try and make sure to help your fellow player when knocked out, try to avoid being near the water alone or at all, keep watch, and with 3 eggs down, one can guard while 3 collect. There is no shame in guarding the collectors and eggs.
It’s all about killing the small Fry to bigger Chum and the Bosses who carry the Golden Eggs that fill your quota. Even some of my worst team ups have managed a little over quota, although a lot of times, some of the best got knocked out in high tide.
Beware the fast Mirror Ball like Char, forgot his name. But that is a night time rapid movement mode it hits some times.

It is awesome. It was worth the Switch, and this is my policy. Reason why I don’t have a PS4 or a Xbox. The 1st Party offerings, not worth it. Nintendo always has a good 1st Party offering. A few.

Okay, for one, there is no advanced copies and crap coming here, in some ways it may be a good thing.
Never know what can happen.
Another, no Instruction Booklets, hell even the Switch has no instruction booklet.
So I was surprised today, walking up to where I saw nothing before on the second day of this news broadcast about Grazzo Industries.
Seems Nintendo was so big on telling us what to expect they didn’t tell us it didn’t unlock on Day 1. So all is better, just wish they’d not omit things that can kick them in the shins, I am just glad I am not so much the chump. Although my hands do hurt, since I do love this game, and hate the damn controllers. The right half of the controller more than the left.
No, that wasn’t a political joke.

It’s hard to say I was taken, I was made a fool of, and usually my instincts are right. Including my instincts about the lousy left Joypad and overly small controls. It physically harmed my left thumb and shoulder. It is not a QoL product like the Wii U or 3ds could be considered. Or most Nintendo Systems on the controller end.
I was right, and I was adamant about not getting one, like the N64, and the N64 I didn’t have, I had a Play Station. I got a Game Cube cheep and late, and wish I didn’t. But I was mad at Nintendo for surrendering the SNES too soon.

Now, however, I am fuming mad at Nintendo. Who made Salmon Run look like an awesome multiplayer function that would test your reason for getting their internet service next year, in other words they never once said it was a purely local system. Not even a friend list thing. Oddly enough the Friend List is the easiest and most awesome system, it really does connect you with your other app and System buddies.

Salmon Run was a mislead, if not an out and out lie. It goes unplayed now, because no one near here has the device/game. My friends from Paris to Japan can’t join in, in fact Japan and the West are completely cut out of all Splatoon events.

I paid 399.99 CDN, and 79.99 CDN (game) to play Salmon run above all. Even knowing the mistake that is their controller design (Joypad and Pro). Didn’t know it would harm me physically. But given my gaming history, I could always count on Nintendo.
Well more than any of the other outfits out there.

You failed me, and I take this personally. It wasn’t just a Business fuck up, you caused a personal hurt Nintendo. Bailing on the SNES too soon was just a Business mistake.

Fuck you Nintendo.

Several years of waiting for a pretty game that has no substance, and and anti-climactic ending. Easy Bosses, the toughest enemy are Lynels and Hinox and the latter is only if you can’t find higher ground in low heart levels.
Beat Beast Ganon (Calamity form 2) and you end up before you fought him after the credit roll. Not even a “go around see what more good you can do,” you get a star on the save file.
No New Game+ but they will sell you a whole new story, but who can tell if that will be any good. They expect me to presume it’s good enough to buy now? A season pass for an already failed pre-order?
Exploration is an enjoyable thing to some extent, but the eventual point is fucking limited.
Likely Kass the Macaw and the Korok with the Maracas are the most amusing thing there. Not a lot of Wimsy.
Frankly the best LoZ ending since story became a thing is “A Link Between Worlds.” Actually likely the best written is the “Triforce for the Gods” (To a Past, and Between Worlds), series, Link’s Awakening, Mask of Majora and Maybe Oracle of series.
Voices suck in BoTW, aside from maybe the King, Impa Woman and Daruk. Rather pointless. In Japanese the Princess has an improved voice, the only improvement.
Using endless Armor switches to survive is silly.
Killing the Map on the Wii U Controller, and frankly wit all the wardrobe toggling, you’d think they’d use the control pad more, like Darksiders II.
A Warrior wouldn’t just let his Weapon break, maybe one he took off an attacker without time to polish and care for it.
For all the high expectations this is one of the worst Legend of Zelda games with the prettiest landscape, and the best Assassin’s Creed.
Frankly can’t trust Nintendo either with Pre-orders anymore.
Basically it’s a lot of running around for nothing, might as well go jogging. Well it’s also got some shiney object aspects.

I am so pissed off.

I did a lot of moving, so it was a while before I opened it (for the Wii U). Annoying method of exiting major dungeons such as a the Sacred Beasts….well not as bad as they killing that part about making you redo the whole thing a death.
Weapons breaking, people who are into a Weapon, it doesn’t tend to shatter on them. Gun guys, sword guys….it usually follows. Lots of cleaning, and granted, limited use, the desire not to need it. Usually there is a specification on a gun type or melee.
You might improvise with an opponent’s Weapon well, but it will never “be your weapon.”
He can climb anything, use any rune and be proficient in all Weapon…no not all somehow he can’t handle punching or grapple attacks.
No story flow, usually in an LoZ game, your basically told, “dude, you got go to the forest,” “you know to get that Sword…”?
Maybe I got to Koros earlier than some. Frankly there is no order in it.
Somehow clothes are aiding or not your skills or protections…
I’d complain about Final Fantasy style Elemental Boss’ but. nice try.
Towers…is this by Ubisoft? Yes like in a good Watch_Dogs or all ACs there are Map opening Towers.
The Blood Moon, a good tool for re-spawning, but I hate hearing that awful Zelda voice repeat the same thing a hundred times in the game.
The flat typical drama school drop out British voices are crap.
Why is Marble Madness in this?

Really it’s fun in many ways, but not “I waited nearly four or five years for this?” It is the best Assassin’s Creed game I have ever played, not nearly the best LoZ. Which is to the point, this provides a Assassin’s Creed that barely crashes. Wait it hasn’t yet. But nothing that feels like an LoZ. Plus they really made the Koros really fucking creepy, and yet funny.

Must be the longest pre-order ever, and not the best. Frankly wouldn’t suggest it on non-Nintendo games, now that is in question too.
