Realize when you added a new story element, you claimed the game was incomplete or defective, one can argue to death about bugs, but this means the whole game’s story wasn’t on the disk. Forget it not being on my system. It’s not like a twisted story line (King Washington) or added skins which is dubious enough. Or unlocked rewards.
Question is within 90 days you can technically return this as a result. Actually that Captain Kidd stuff in III may compare a little. The day you called it a chapter of the story it sort of became like that.
Now I may be devious in thinking and pointing this out but I am not litigious at least. I’m not. Tell you the truth was a bit relieved when I saw no DLC in the eShop but then again it is a story chapter attached to site missions. I suppose there are some multi-player screws too. Basically you go out and sold an incomplete game before, exposing this before the 90 days of most are likely over. Although you can get through it before that. Trust me, other companies will here me about this too. I come from a time where a game would go 20-50 hrs and be complete, granted before internet activity. Course usually a Final Fantasy and now those stink and males are super girly. Not sure why this is done oddly enough anticipation for a new sequel could be a nut buster with no time and no extra download to go through while you wait. Not that it isn’t fun slashing away for the hell of it. Ransacking Cuba fleeting Hunter Man of Wars. Maybe you under state your own games value without thinking about it. But I don’t know 50ish for an incomplete game. Maybe shed some bureaucracy and finish it by release date. Or charge 20 and then DLC seems reasonable as long as it’s not too much.
This is awesome, total link with your system (some time for PS4 and XBox 1 I suspect) and you can earn DLCs (not buying the ad on) through missions and really nice stuff. Oh I did it by the way, all 5 legendary ships (1 English one is 2, pardon the spoiler).
So a few skins, and really no real story map play add, but a Batman: Origins map ad-on which is as disappointing as the (came with pre-dec 31st orders) Slade (Deathstroke) thing which I thought would work like Catwoman in City, except be awesome. Not even as awesome as AC Initiates.
Skins except for Round Table and Thrillkill is not to thrilling. Frankly reminds me of how thin these characters are spread across universes, depressing.
What is with these Ranks? I do things and have to do them over again in Arkham Origins just to rank up. Why not just apply a rank to 5 done, rank 5. As it is, I find it annoying to be told how to do something. Really if I beat it without much of these things what does it say about it? AR too, most impractical and unused methods of gliding.
Skins make me laugh. Looks like a new story element of Bruce Wayne part played coming next Week as part of it. Wii U user, glad there is no multiplayer, I seen the youtube stuff, makes no sense to me. Could have done a leader board like Assassin’s Creed maybe. Also refilled and fixed up predator take down rooms.
But back to the pass issue, it is only really worth it to me because I paid less for it when it got sent to me. Frankly if there is a new story element, character and skins are not unlocked in game play it was released too early. So help me god if the release a “special edition” with all the download shit later included. If it’s wrong recall and replace (not that I was informed of this before in case of Injustice, more of “An Injustice”).
The biggest down side to beating LoZ: A Link Between Worlds (Triforce for the Gods 2 in Nipon – JP; funny still yet to be released there) is the Heroic mode, only good if you want to boost a small ego beyond a reasonable size. Mine is already there, so…but there was no save at end of credits, so not even sure it’s saved as beaten in regular save state. But really, why not keep all you found with all chests already open, gloves even with story going the same from start (given stuff not yet and rupies instead of gloves since you might have Titan Gloves or better than Titan to punch rocks a flower bomb was used for – you don’t have the wrist band at end so wall thing….). Why not let you buy all the items from start, no more renting? Start as red link. Okay keep the hearts at 3 start. Reason they usually are tougher is this trade off. Especially since, if a regular armored Link would lose 2 hearts on a single hit, then big bolder or ball would take all three and week boss way more than you have, like 5, even Yuga at first meeting. May be a good idea to have special items even a wikia wouldn’t spoil, like new armor and lv 5 master sword (also put back at end).
If it was a car, well it would be recalled. A new addition with all the DLCs included is available in some systems and they didn’t even recall the waste of money the original became. Not even a sequel with better additions.
Ed Boon is nothing without Tobias I guess.
Screw off Netherworld Whores. I want my money back.
The pass would devalue the game (DLCs do, the initial game buy – Injustice proves this), evident in the added story elements and skins. Armored yet again superior by being complete from the start, although Harley still has no bug fix patch.
The up side is the dropped the price of the initial release so it’s less of a bilk. I will add in the future (after trying it) if it’s worth it. Still not sure if I want to do 1 Life, I see lots of anger, especially with some boss glitches that kill you more than the thugs.
Starting with what I hated.
….Damn habit of the Jungian animus, like the theory. But hate the office job bit,
the dictated scenes and limit range at times. None as much as the lousy diving bits, the most bugged up crap out there. Things like this, well he should climb better, he jumps around a little much to an irrational assumption. But here he only fits in a spot in an angle. Not sure why surface swimming doesn’t make you shark food. Not sure why they, sharks, see (blind) you and yet don’t smell your blood after an Eel or Sea Urchin nab you.
I love the ship stuff not in a restricted sequence and the contracts. I think I got carried away on a few things. Locked upgrades are a piss off, at least for a ship. So what if you want to maximize the Hull “early.”
Killing colonialists, love it. Fun, ship rampages got out of hand at times, hunter ships were easy kills.
